Demo of Online Course
Most online courses use a downloadable PDF course manual. Some courses include video or audio instruction, which supplements the course manual such as audio of a 9-1-1 call or video of a news segment.
The course manual for the demo is much less detailed and only covers the answers for the exam demo and the exam demo has fewer questions than a normal course. This is a simple demo to show how the process works.
If, after taking this demo, you would like to demo an actual course, email our sales team and ask to demo an actual course.
Demo of Student Records Area
The Student Area provides each student access to their training records, the ability to change their password and to print certificates for any of the courses they have completed. The student area for the demo will will not allow you to change the password.

Demo of PSAP Records Area
The PSAP Area provides each PSAP access to their employees' training records, the ability to change the PSAP password and certain other PSAP contact information and to print certificates for any of the courses their employees have completed. This area is normally used by the PSAP’s Training Coordinator or Manager.
For this Demonstration of the PSAP Area, you will see only the demonstration courses taken by persons using the Online Training Demo. In the actual PSAP Area each course your employees take would be listed.
